The NCT support is available for all customers. For customers with a NCT hotline-contract the NCT support is for free. For customers without a hotline-contract the support by phone and the support by e-mail is not free of charge.

Hotline- / E-Mail-support
  • Support for questions specific to the program during official office hours.
  • The support is limited to the actual and the previous program version.
  • For customers without hotline contract the support is liable to pay costs.
  • Adjustments of data backups are not included in the support with costs.
  • The support is being charged in units of 10 minutes.
  • The fee for one hour of support is CHF 240.- excl. TVA.
